Welcome to Bannify. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Bannify, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and agree to these terms.
2. Service Operator and Contact
Bannify is operated by the Bannify owner or legal entity identified in account, checkout, invoice, or support records. Product, privacy, and legal notices may be sent through the published support channel, including support@bannify.me where available.
3. Usage & Restrictions
You may not misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use Bannify to display malicious, illegal, deceptive, or offensive content.
4. Customer Websites and Embeds
Customers are responsible for the banners, forms, consent notices, links, scripts, and content they publish through Bannify on their own websites. Customers must provide any notices, consents, and lawful bases required for their visitors before collecting personal data through Bannify widgets.
5. Accounts & Billing
Your account gives access to the banner editor, previews and installation code. The plan and billing interval selected at checkout define the total charge, included views, concurrent banner capacity and available AI allowance. Paid plans renew at the disclosed interval until cancelled. Usage has a hard limit rather than automatic overage charges. The commercial terms shown for your purchase or subscription describe its specific allowances and cancellation rules.
6. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is assessed against the commercial terms shown for the purchase, the applicable refund process and mandatory consumer rights. A request is not an automatic refund: its eligibility and provider outcome must be confirmed. Cancellation of renewal and a refund request are separate actions.
7. Liability and Service Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bannify is provided without guarantees that customer-created banners will make a customer website legally compliant. Bannify's total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, unless a mandatory law requires otherwise.
8. Governing Terms
Any separate order form, checkout terms, invoice terms, or written agreement with Bannify may identify the governing law and dispute forum for that customer relationship. Mandatory consumer, privacy, and data protection laws may still apply where they cannot be waived.
9. Updates to Terms
Bannify may update these terms when required. Continued use after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
10. Publishing and third-party installation
Saving a banner updates its configuration. Appearance on a customer website also depends on activation, visibility rules, the installed script and available plan allowances. Platform installation guides explain script placement; they do not imply an official partnership or a native plugin. Customers should test the published page and the actions, forms and destinations they configure.
