We collect information required to operate Bannify accounts, generated banners, embeds, billing, support, and product reliability.
1. Data Collection
We collect personal data needed to provide the service, such as account details, billing information processed by payment providers, banner content, AI customization inputs, support messages, and usage data.
2. Usage Tracking
When a customer embeds a Bannify banner on a customer-operated website, Bannify may receive interaction logs that include the banner identifier, event type, referring domain, timestamp, and visitor IP address. Customers remain responsible for giving their visitors appropriate notice and consent where required.
3. Cookies
We use cookies for authentication, preferences, security, billing access, and consent management. Essential cookies usually last for the session or account login period; preference and consent cookies may last until changed, expired, or deleted. Payment providers such as Stripe may set their own cookies during checkout.
4. Third-Party Services
Some data may be processed by infrastructure, analytics, payment, and AI service providers that help us operate Bannify, including OpenAI when AI features are used. These providers may process data in other countries under applicable safeguards.
5. User Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, or objection to processing of your personal data by contacting Bannify through the published support channel.
6. Retention
Account deactivation disables access and is not the same as physical deletion of stored records. Records may need to be retained for billing reconciliation, security, dispute handling or other applicable obligations. Requests concerning access, export, correction or deletion are reviewed through the relevant account or privacy workflow; this notice does not promise an automatic deletion period.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Updated versions will be published on this page.
8. Customer forms and configured destinations
Information entered into a customer-created form may be sent to the callback destination configured by that customer. The customer determines the fields, purpose and recipient and is responsible for explaining them to visitors. Avoid submitting sensitive information unless the customer has a suitable basis and safeguards.
9. Account controls and requests
Account settings include profile and email management, lifecycle choices and an account export workflow. A visitor privacy request and an account export are different workflows and may require verification of the requester. Contact the relevant website operator for questions about a form or banner published on their website.
