For users in South Korea, Bannify documents privacy practices against the Personal Information Protection Act.

1. PIPA Compliance

Bannify collects and processes personal information with consent or another lawful basis under PIPA, including account identifiers, contact details, banner content, support data, billing records, and product usage records where applicable.

2. User Rights

Users may request access, correction, suspension, or deletion of their personal information through the published support channel.

3. Purpose, Retention, and Minimization

Bannify collects only the personal information required for product, billing, support, security, and operational purposes and keeps it only as long as needed for those purposes or legal requirements.

4. Breach Notification

Where required, affected users and the relevant Korean authority will be notified of qualifying breaches.

5. Accountability and Agent

Bannify maintains compliance records, third-party sharing details, and operational responsibility for privacy controls. AI features may involve providers such as OpenAI outside South Korea. Bannify will identify a Korean domestic agent where legally required.

Product scope and implementation — September 2026

Bannify provides banner editing, preview, script installation, configurable forms and consent interfaces. These tools support an operator’s implementation; they do not by themselves establish compliance or certification. The operator must review the actual published content, trackers, callback recipients and processing purposes. Account deactivation is distinct from physical deletion, and privacy requests may require verification. Read the current Privacy and Cookie policies together with this regional information.
