Bannify can help customers build consent-style banner experiences for adtech notices, but Bannify is not registered as an IAB TCF Consent Management Platform.
1. Consent Notices
Customers may configure banners to present choices for advertising, analytics, and personalization purposes where their own implementation requires those choices.
2. Transparency
Customers should disclose their participating vendors, processing purposes, and consent consequences before collecting a visitor choice.
3. Granular Control
Users should be able to accept, reject, or manage consent choices by purpose where the implementation requires it.
4. Revocation
Users should be able to withdraw or update consent choices. Bannify can display and store banner choices for supported widgets, but customers are responsible for connecting those choices to any separate adtech, tag, or vendor systems they operate.
5. Legal Rights
Using a Bannify banner does not make a customer an IAB TCF participant and does not replace user rights under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or other applicable privacy laws.
Product scope and implementation — September 2026
Bannify provides banner editing, preview, script installation, configurable forms and consent interfaces. These tools support an operator’s implementation; they do not by themselves establish compliance or certification. The operator must review the actual published content, trackers, callback recipients and processing purposes. Account deactivation is distinct from physical deletion, and privacy requests may require verification. Read the current Privacy and Cookie policies together with this regional information.
