We use cookies to keep Bannify secure, remember preferences, and understand product usage.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. They help websites remember state, preferences, and session information.
2. Types of Cookies We Use
Bannify may use essential cookies, preference cookies, analytics cookies, consent cookies, and payment-related cookies from providers such as Stripe during checkout.
3. Essential Cookies
Essential cookies support account login, CSRF protection, security, billing access, and core product functionality. These usually last for a session or the configured account login period.
4. Analytics and Preference Cookies
Analytics and preference cookies help us understand product usage, remember settings, and improve performance. Where required, these depend on your consent and may remain until they expire, are changed, or are deleted by the user.
5. Consent & Control
You can accept, reject, or manage cookies through available consent controls and your browser settings. Customer-operated websites using Bannify embeds are responsible for disclosing their own cookie names, providers, and retention periods.
6. Browser storage used by banners
Customer-created banners may use browser storage to remember a dismissal, consent choice or previous form action. Storage behavior depends on the banner type and configuration. Cookie and storage controls on the host website should describe the purposes, duration and responsible provider; installing a banner alone does not classify every tracker on that website.
7. Testing and changing choices
Website operators should test acceptance, refusal, preference changes and the behavior of any connected tags on the published site. Removing the Bannify installation stops future loading through that script but does not itself delete records held by the operator or third-party providers. Browser settings can be used to inspect and clear locally stored site data.
